Have just received my tracking information for my Orba handheld synth. I’ve been on the Kickstarter since December. Original shipping was going to be April, but that went out of the window, of course.
Still, I’m really excited to be finally getting my hands on it.
However, that excitement is somewhat tempered by the fact that at least one UK music gear shop already has it on sale, for only a tenner more than I paid. They are offering delivery by Sept 1, which is probably before my device will arrive.
Why do I do Kickstarter, again?
Makes me feel a little better, the site is now saying “Delivery 16-17 September”, which means they are probably waiting for the same shipment as me.
