Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre have just announced their 2011 Season productions:
- Lord Of The Flies, by William Golding; Adapted for the stage by Nigel Williams.
- The Beggar’s Opera, by John Gay.
- Pericles, by William Shakespeare, but “re-imagined for everyone aged six and over”.
- Crazy For You; Book by Ken Ludwig; Music and Lyrics by George and Ira Gershwin.
Some interesting stuff there.
I dropped English Lit in large part because of LotF. I really hated it.
However if you are thinking of getting tickets for anything else them count me in.
